He absolutely adores other dogs--truly thrives around them--coexists peacefully with cats, and keeps his kennel nice and tidy, which suggests he may already be house-trained.

Jasper's personality is the real showstopper. He has that joyful, goofy energy that makes you smile without even realizing it--the kind of dog who instantly lifts your mood just by being himself. Once overlooked in a shelter, he's blossomed into something truly special.
