Rune is a happy 2.5-year-old golden retriever weighing about 65 pounds. She is incredibly friendly, loving, and easygoing. She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets.

Rune came to us with another dog after their owner faced severe financial hardship and could no longer afford to care for them. Wanting the best possible future for his dogs, he made the heartbreaking decision to rehome them.
Since arriving, Rune has been an absolute delight. She is housetrained, crate trained, and has a calm, affectionate personality that makes her a joy to be around. She loves companionship and would make a wonderful addition to a lucky family looking for a loyal and gentle best friend.
