Hi! My name is Petey!

I was found all alone in Alabama, but now I'm loving life with my foster family in Minnesota. I can't wait to become the newest fun-sized member of a forever family.

I get along great with dogs and people of all ages, and I've settled into foster life quickly. I'm a spunky, confident little guy who can hold my own with the big dogs, although their booming barks can still surprise me sometimes. I love to play hard, but I nap even harder and am always happy to curl up for cuddles with my people afterward.

Like any young puppy, I'm still working on my potty training and crate training, though I'm loving my crate as a quiet, safe space for breaks when i need them. I'm doing great when I stay on a schedule, and since I'm highly treat-motivated, I'm learning more every day.

One thing everyone notices about me? My amazing ears! They help me hear everything that's going on around me, although they occasionally find their way into my water bowl when I stop for a drink.

All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.

Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.
