DESCRIPTION
NEEDS FOSTER/FOSTER TO ADOPT
Walter was found as a stray in Princeton, MN, and is currently waiting in animal control-quietly hoping his story is about to change.
And it should. Because Walter is something special.
About Walter:
Approximately 5 years old
Black & white hound mix
Affectionate and gentle-loves to lean in for attention
Hard of hearing (responds well to claps or louder sounds)
Settling into a routine with ease
Calm, easygoing, and incredibly sweet
Walter isn't the kind of dog who demands the spotlight. He's the kind who simply stays close-steady, comforting, and quietly devoted. The kind of companion who makes a house feel like home.
Right now, Walter is still waiting for his next step. In order to leave animal control and come into rescue, he needs a committed foster or foster-to-adopt home lined up.
What he needs:
A safe place to land once his stray hold ends. Northern Lakes Rescue will cover vetting and provide supplies-you provide the love and stability.
He's done the hard part. He made it this far.
Now he just needs someone to say yes.
If you can foster or are interested in giving Walter the life he deserves, please reach out.
