German Shorthaired Pointer Dogs Available for Adoption in Alexandria, Virginia

Rider is the sweetest little puppy. He is currently 15 weeks old and about 20lbs. Rider and his siblings were surrendered, along with their mother, to a WV shelter. Mom was a GSP, but we are unsure who Dad was.

Rider is an excellent companion. He has such a nice temperament. He is eager to learn and loves following his people around the house. Rider lives with three other dogs and loves to play! He also does great with the 3-year old toddler in the house!

Rider is crate trained and will sleep quietly at night in his crate. He is about 98% house trained and does well riding in the car. He is also an expert sock hunter, so if you have some missing socks under the couch/bed, rest assured that Rider will retrieve them for you!
