Geoff - German Shepherd Dog and Mixed Breed Dog Available for Adoption in Yakima, Washington

GEOFF

German Shepherd Dog, Mixed Breed
🇺🇸
Yakima, Washington
June 3rd
male, medium, baby

DESCRIPTION

Meet Geoff, a four-month-old German Shepherd mix weighing 15 pounds.

Geoff is a sweet, loving puppy with a heart as big as his long legs! This handsome boy is incredibly human-oriented and loves being around people. Whether he's following you from room to room, soaking up attention, or curling up for affection, Geoff's favorite place is wherever his humans are.

With his leggy build and gentle personality, Geoff is the perfect combination of goofy puppy charm and loving companionship. He enjoys exploring the world around him but is always happy to check back in with his people. His affectionate nature and eagerness to connect make him a wonderful candidate for a family looking for a puppy who truly enjoys being part of the action.

Like all puppies, Geoff is still learning about the world and will need a family committed to helping him grow into a well-mannered adult dog. His adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors such as chewing, playing, exploring with his mouth, and occasional accidents while he learns house-training. Puppies require patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement as they develop good habits and learn household routines.

Training is an important part of raising a happy, confident dog. Geoff will benefit from continued socialization, basic obedience training, and positive experiences with new people, places, and situations. Teaching skills such as leash walking, polite greetings, recall, and basic commands will help him build confidence and strengthen the bond he shares with his family.

Geoff is looking for a home that will provide him with love, guidance, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. In return, he'll offer endless affection, loyal companionship, and all the fun that comes with raising a sweet puppy.

This pet is available for adoption on 6/4/2026 4:39 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854.
