Chocolate Labrador Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption in Rushville, Illinois
KONA
Chocolate Labrador Retriever
🇺🇸
Rushville, Illinois
April 30th
female, large, young
DESCRIPTION
Kona is a female, approximately eight month old lab mix. She has the appearance of a chocolate lab, but her brother is brindle, so we’re not sure of the mix. Kona came to us as an unclaimed stray. She loves everyone, plays great with other dogs, and is puppy through and through! Did we mention she’s a smart girl too? Kona had not been cat tested. Thanks to the generosity of some donors, most of Kona’s adoption fee is sponsored. You can adopt her for $40 and she’s fully vetted!
All dogs up for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on distemper, parvo, kennel cough and rabies vaccinations. All have been heartworm tested and treated, if necessary. SCHS treats for worms and ear mites along with a flea and tick preventative.
We welcome visitors Tuesday evenings 4-7 p.m. Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. You may also schedule an appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule. Call 217-322-2220 if you have any questions or concerns.
Applications are available online at https://schuylerhs.com/adopt/application/
