This lil’ baby Cashew has stolen our hearts over the past few days.
She has the softest fur ever and loves to curl up next to me to take naps. If you want a shadow and a bff that will grow with you, this is your girl. She is silly and sweet: a troublemaker in the most puppy way, but also just a little mush. If you are a no-dogs-on-the-furniture kind of house, Cashew will change your mind about that. She loves to hangout on the couch and cuddle with me in bed at night as she snoozes. She wins the hearts of everyone when we take walks and has been really good at going to the bathroom outside and on pee pads only.

She’s doing pretty well navigating the transition from Texas to the busy Manhattan streets, and I know she’ll get better and better with time. She also did great in the bath AND she sleeps through the night!!! She is very quiet and doesn’t bark, she will sometimes growl at loud noises but that’s about it.

Things she loves: TOYS, she loves to fling them about and play tug of war. Toys are a number one priority for sure. FOOD!! it doesn’t matter what it is, she’ll eat fruit, snacks, just about anything you feed her and she takes treats so gently!

Things she hates: Vacuums and Blenders. Cashew says no thank you to the noise. She doesn’t seem too keen on getting to know large dogs, but she likes small ones!

She is definitely a puppy which means she’s got some behavioral work to do, especially in the teething reigon (something she will obviously grow out of). She has very high energy spurts which then tire her outand she becomes a very cute little napper as the photos show.
