Ulric’s owner could no longer provide care. He’s 2 years old and weighs 12.2 lbs. He came in really scared and shy. Meet & greet required if you have another dog. He tested negative for heartworm. Call or text Alexandra 330-261-3934 if you’re interested in adopting. The adoption donation is $200 and includes neuter, UTD vaccines, and microchip.
