Onyx is an ornery little Chi gal with a big personality packed into her tiny 6-pound frame! At just 10 months old, she's exactly what you'd expect from a puppy—playful, mischievous, energetic, and always ready for fun.

This silly girl loves playing with dogs of all sizes and would do best in a home with a young, playful canine companion who can keep up with her antics. One of her favorite games is "keep away," and she's an absolute champion at getting her humans to join in the fun.

Onyx is looking for a family that will appreciate her spunky spirit, continue her training, and give her plenty of opportunities to play and burn off that puppy energy.

Puppies are very popular, so please note ONLY homes meeting the below requirements will be considered. This ensures the best overall environment for these little bundles. Applicant MUST have:

* Another young playful dog in the house to help the puppy with stimulation and learn to be a dog.

* No first time dog owners

* Household member age appropriate to physically care for the dog for entire life (16 years)

* Children old enough to treat puppy with responsibility and care

* Within local area to use rescue vet partner to complete all vaccinations and spay/neuter
