Anchor is a 7.4-pound female Chihuahua who is equal parts comedian, cuddle bug, and professional belly-rub enthusiast. This little girl is absolutely FULL of personality and keeps everyone smiling with her silly antics and sweet kisses.

Her favorite hobby? Throwing herself dramatically onto her back like she's auditioning for a role in a soap opera - all in hopes of earning more belly rubs. And honestly... it works every single time.
