He came to us through no fault of his own—his previous owner made the difficult decision to surrender him so he wouldn't have to spend so much time in a crate. Now, he's ready to find a home where he can relax, feel safe, and truly be part of the family.

This handsome boy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccines. He's also a smart cookie—he is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows how to use a doggy door like a pro.

He gets along well with most dogs, though he'd probably prefer companions closer to his size since bigger dogs can sometimes be a little too interested in him. When it comes to kids, he may do best with older, calmer ones who understand that small dogs need gentle handling. (He has been handled by a 6-year-old... but let's just say it wasn't exactly his favorite experience!)

Give him a little time to settle in, and you'll discover what a true sweetheart he is. Once he feels safe and comfortable, he blossoms into a loyal, affectionate cuddle buddy who just wants to be near his person.
