Meet Rowdy! 8yr old, 20ish pound, Chihuahua/Beagle Mix. Very sweet and loyal. Afraid of storms. Good with other dogs but not cats. Escape artist so needs supervision when outside or be kept on a leash.Crate trained. Neutered.
