Remi and Marly never expected to end up at a shelter.

For the last two years, these adorable housemates shared a home, a family, and a life together. Then they lost the person they loved, and suddenly everything changed.

🐾 Remi is a 39-pound, 6-ish year old, Mini Doodle with a gentle soul. She has lived in a home her entire life, is potty trained, and longs for the comfort of a family again. The shelter can be overwhelming, and she often shakes as she tries to make sense of her new surroundings. Beneath that uncertainty is a loving girl who simply wants to feel safe again.

🐾 Marly is a 15-pound, 2 year old, Cavapoo, a wonderful mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle. He's affectionate, intelligent, potty trained, and happiest when he's near his people. His sweet personality makes it impossible not to fall in love.

Both dogs are well-mannered, house-trained, and already know how to be cherished family companions. They don't need training--they need healing. They need someone willing to open their heart and give them the stability they've lost.

While we understand that Remi and Marly may not stay together, we would be lying if we said we weren't hoping for a miracle. If there was ever a time for one, it's now. Imagine being able to keep two friends together after they've already lost so much.

Whether they find a home together or separately, one thing is certain:
