DESCRIPTION
Hi, my name is Percy!
I am about 4-5 months old and currently weighs about 20lbs. I am just a cute, sweet, and loving little girl looking for their forever home. I am outgoing and ready to be instant friends when we meet. I love playing fetch non-stop by myself or with friends ! They think I'm a Catahoula + Lab mix.
I'm outgoing, bold and instant friends with everyone I meet!! I love all people and dogs I meet. Because of my outgoing personality, my foster mom believes it's important to keep up on experiencing new things and socializing. My favorite place to visit is the dog park . I love making new friends!! I'm UTD on my shots, fixed & ready for my own family!
I'm currently living with 2 cats and 4 other dogs and 2 young puppies, he is adjusting well with them all. I am crate trained and I have been doing really well! I do well as long as the crate is kept in a separate room for bedtime and you have a radio or TV playing in the background. I go right in my crate with hardly any prompting, and I'm always eager to please! Adoption fee is $500.
I'm currently living in Puyallup.
ABOUT: CAROLINA DOG DOG BREED
The Carolina Dog, a primitive breed known for its wild ancestry, is a medium sized, agile, and intelligent dog originally found roaming freely in the Southeastern United States. With a distinctive appearance marked by erect ears, a bushy tail, and a sable coat, Carolina Dogs are highly adaptable, affectionate with their families, and wary of strangers, making them excellent watchdogs. Their natural hunting instincts and independence require consistent training and an active lifestyle to thrive in a loving home environment.
The Catahoula Leopard Dog, a unique and versatile breed originally from Louisiana, is known for its striking coat patterns resembling a leopard. These dogs are esteemed for their intelligence, loyalty, and exceptional working abilities. With a strong instinct for herding and tracking, they excel in diverse roles such as hunting, herding, and search and rescue. Renowned for their protective nature and affection towards their families, Catahoula Leopard Dogs make devoted companions for owners committed to providing them with proper training and stimulation.
