Cardigan Welsh Corgi Dogs Available for Adoption in Mckean, Pennsylvania

Maverick is looking forward to a simple start to his next chapter. The first year of Maverick's life he was not given the positive experiences with other dogs that he deserved. Due to no fault of his own, Maverick ended up in our care with visible signs of the abuse he endured.

He is now safe in foster care through BYC. He is a friendly guy who has great manners and enjoys leash walks. He is gaining experience living with cats, but he will need a home without other dogs due to his past trauma.

Our adoption fees help guarantee that all of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Lyme, and Bordetella. We also ensure that our pets are microchipped and checked for heartworm disease prior to adoption.

The Cardigan Welsh Corgi is a delightful medium sized herding dog known for its long body, short legs, and fox like appearance. Originating in Wales, these intelligent and affectionate dogs are loyal companions with a fun loving and playful nature. Their distinctive coat comes in various colors, often featuring a signature "fairy saddle" marking on the back.
