Arthur was emaciated and suffering from skin infections when he was first found. Now, he is gaining weight, his fur is looking wonderful, and he's healing beautifully! Arthur is an emotional baby who loves to talk and woohoo to anyone who will listen! He is a very special boy, so sweet and gentle. He gets along with other dogs, walks well on a leash, and is crate trained. Arthur is ready to finally go home!
