(DOB 04/10/2024) Little Calypso is the cutest little black nugget you'll ever meet; seriously, people can't help but fall in love the second they see her! With her sweet face and affectionate personality, she's the kind of pup who turns heads and melts hearts everywhere she goes.

Calypso is the perfect mix of cozy couch companion and easygoing outdoor explorer. She enjoys spending time outside, whether it's relaxing in a fenced yard or going for a nice walk on a leash, but she's just as happy curling up on the couch for some serious snuggle time. A true love bug, she lives for attention—pets, belly rubs, and being close to her people are at the top of her favorite things list. She's what you'd call a “Velcro dog,” happiest when she's right by your side, so a home where someone is around often would be ideal.

She does well with other dogs and enjoys their company, especially pups closer to her size. She can also coexist with larger dogs when introduced slowly and thoughtfully. With the right lifestyle and plenty of human attention, Calypso could also thrive as your one-and-only. She is also good with kids and they should be of a mature age do to her little size. She hasn't had an opportunity to meet any little felines, yet.

Calypso is already house trained, is making great progress with crate training, and walks nicely on a leash. She's well on her way to being an easy, lovable companion who will fit beautifully into many living situations whether that's an apartment, condo, townhome, or house.

As part of Calypso's $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
