Meet HONEY! This girl is showing off her style and smile!
She is in a kill shelter, the longest resident....we know what that means .
Time is not on her side so we made an easy, quick decision to get her out. She will leave the shelter tomorrow, see a vet and then figure out transport to Wi. She is about 3-4 years old, spayed, micro-chipped and will be current on vaccines soon. We will heartworm test too - so pray she's negative
Then she can travel to Wi Her ideal home would be with or without other dogs. But she loves other dogs! She does need a feline free home
Her owner moved and left her, and 2 other dogs, with a roommate. That person did the best she could for the 3 dogs, but didnt have the means to keep them, so they ended up at the shelter.
The other 2 dogs are safe- and we couldn't leave Honey behind
She has her suitcase packed, her sunglasses on and her boa wrapped loosely. She's ready to travel!
Who's ready for a little bit o'honey??
