Meet Georgia, a 3-year-old Boxer mix who came in as a stray and is ready to start her happily-ever-after!
In playgroups, she has been social with other dogs, though she would do best in a home without small dogs or cats. Because of her spirited personality, Georgia would need to meet any children in the home, and she may thrive best with older kids who can join her in her playful adventures.
Georgia is a goofy, sweet girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She may have a major pouty face, but it's the complete opposite of who she is-this girl is full of joy, love, and playful energy. She absolutely loves attention and just wants to be near her people whenever she can.
She can be a little excited when first meeting you, but she settles quickly and is happy to enjoy your company, whether that's soaking up pets or heading out for a nice, leisurely stroll. Georgia is also food motivated, knows "sit," and would love to keep learning with her future family.
Georgia is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home. Come meet this fun-loving girl and see just how special she is! ...
ABOUT: BOXER DOG BREED
The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
