Dove came to us from south Texas in critical condition. She had a broken jaw and leg and had been suffering outside alone. Thankfully, our vets were able to get her all patched up and now she's ready to find her forever home!

Dove has a big personality that's always sure to keep you entertained! She’s incredibly smart and eager to learn and has already mastered sit, shake, and down.

She’s loves being around her people and is happy to lay by you on the couch.

For a young puppy, Dove has a calm and easygoing energy. She has her playful zoomie moments but is overall very well-behaved and even goes to the office with her foster mom where she spends most of her day relaxing on her bed or entertaining herself with toys. She makes it her mission to greet everyone each morning and is always excited to welcome visitors.

Dove loves being outside, running, sniffing, army crawling through the grass, and pouncing on bugs and frogs.

She does great with other dogs and is eager to make friends, but she's still learning social cues and may need guidance around dogs who aren’t interested in playing. We believe she'd do well with a dog-friendly cat but her first instinct is to chase if they run from her.

She is fully house trained and does an excellent job letting you know when she needs to go out AND sleeps through the night like a champ!
