Barbie is the perfect mix of beauty, brains, and puppy charm! This gorgeous 7-month-old red Doberman/black Lab mix is looking for an active family ready for fun, adventures, and lots of love.

She’s social, playful, and absolutely adores people — Barbie fully believes she’s a lap dog! Whether she’s going for walks, riding in the car, or cuddling after a busy day, she enjoys to be with her people.

This smart girl already knows:

She’s also crate trained, potty trained, and walks great on leash.

Barbie would thrive in a home with:
🏡 A house with a fenced yard preferred, but not required
🐾 Another playful dog her size or larger
🚶 Active adopters who enjoy walks and adventures

She lives well with cats in her foster home and does well with children, though her energetic puppy play may be best for kids comfortable around larger dogs. Due to her size and enthusiasm, she is not recommended for homes with small dogs.

No apartments or invisible fencing, please. Homes without fencing may be considered for the right match.

*We welcome out-of-state adoptions with approved veterinary references and a video home check. Adopters are responsible for traveling to pick up their dog and for returning the dog if the adoption is not the right fit. Please note that we do not use transport services.
