Phyllis is a 2 years old girl. She is gentle, loves eating, playing and exploring. She enjoys getting along with people, always wagging her tail to show her friendliness. She also loves to lean on people and suddenly walks away or close to draw people's attention. She enjoys taking a walk and running, and is peaceful and friendly to other dogs and cats!
Phyllis comes from a Police office. the police told us someone found her in the street and looks bad and very dirty, she lost some fur, finally, this man took her to police office and hope that police can help her, our volunteer got this is sad news and went to the police office, she is a poor and very friendly puppy, Phyllis immediately taken away by the volunteer to the animal hospital to check if there was any registered microchip inside her body, but in vain. after many months, we still can't find her owner, we guess, maybe she's an abandoned puppy.
Phyllis looked very tired and weak, perhaps the homeless life made her unable to look for enough food. She could barely survive. Phyllis received all the necessary medical examinations ,vaccines, and got spayed to ensure her well-being. She was diagnosed malnutrition and it took months for her to recover fully, our foster home loved her so much and took good care of her. Phyllis love dog treats and toys, she love to follow another her roommate Phoebe, she like her foster mom cook puppy patty or chicken, she eaten grain-free dry dog feed mixed wet food and egg for day and night.
Bichon Frise 's personality : Playful, cheerful, affectionate, restless, sensitive, tame. Our rescuer always did good care of her, many months later, Phyllis is a cute and very friendly girl now. She loves to rely on human's legs and want get more attention and love.
Phyllis need reduce tear stains natural supplement dry dog feed mixed wet food, it is very important, we hope to keep her eyes looks good, no any tear stains on his face, hypoallergenic food (grain-free) and fish oil are good for him too, sometime chicken and duck dog treats or cheese sticks for snacks as well. Or a mixture of well-blended boiled beef/chicken with dog feed.
this breed dog needed Pet grooming to keep her looks beautiful, so new family adopt Phyllis, her food and grooming costs are not cheap than other dogs, if you want to adopt this breed, you need to consider more whether your financial ability allows you to adopt this breed.
Phyllis is now in the foster home and gets a lot of love and care. Even other dogs like her a lot. She is a sweet little girl, being gentle to those around her. She has been doing very well and is also very amusing and active. Phyllis is ready to look for her forever home.
