Meet Primrose 🌸

Primrose is a 5-year-old Bichon who is learning that life can be soft, safe, and full of love after spending her entire life as a breeder dog in a puppy mill. At 19 lbs, this little white fluff is still timid, but she’s beginning to show her sweet and curious personality more each day.

She is working on leash and potty training with small successes on both, and her future family should be patient and understanding as she continues adjusting to life inside a home. Watching a mill dog discover how to simply be a pet is truly something special. ❤️

Primrose has started carrying around dog toys, exploring her surroundings, and giving happy little tail wags as her confidence grows. She does well with the resident dogs and will require a fully fenced yard (no invisible fence) while she continues building trust and confidence. Young children or busy homes would likely be too much for her at this part of her journey.
