Beagy Weagy looks like a beagle but she is actually a slug.
She is into napping. The beag loves a long snooze, a warm blanket and getting minimal steps per day.
Her top three favorite things are
1. Eating snacks
2. Eating more snacks
3. Using your body as a scratching post for her bum
She does not want to "go for walks" and she loathes exercise. The Beagy Weagy wants her meals delivered via Adoptive-Parents-DoorDash and she wants at least two soft beds to rotate naps throughout the day.
Beagy Weagy lives with dogs, cats and very busy foster parents who work full time. Which suits her just fine. She couldn't be bothered to do much during the day. Snoozing away suits her just fine.
She is potty trained, crate trained and does well left alone.
And did we mention she's pretty funny? This goofy lady is silly in a quiet, surprising way. She'll roll around on you making noises that can only be described as pterodactyl-like.
Beagy Weagy was likely hit by a car and picked up on the side of the road by a kind person. She came to Renegade with an injured eye, a broken pelvis and two broken legs. Vets initially had to staple a fentanyl patch to her back to help her pain.
But no more! Her injuries have since healed but she'll probably never move too fast. And she shouldn't have to! Girly pop has been through enough.
She is heartworm positive but has started her treatment and will be free of heartworms soon enough! Renegade covers the cost of this treatment through our vets.
