We recently took Bambi in. We brought her from San Bernardino county. She was surrendered because her family had a divorce and no one could keep her, unfortunately. She’s a very small Beagle, 19lbs. She’s a sweet girl but shy, she needs some time to get to know you first. She’s ok with other dogs and kids. We were told that she’s not potty trained, only crate trained, so she’ll need a family that will help her with her training to become a great indoor pet. Due to her small size she’ll make a perfect lap dog!
We already took Bambi to our Vet to get her up to date on everything, we’re just waiting to receive her fecal test results and to take her to get her spayed tomorrow. Bambi should be ready to be adopted in about a week, once she heals from the spay surgery.
Included with adoption:
- Vet wellness exam
- Vaccinations up to date (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies)
- Rabies Certificate
- Fecal test (Pending results)
- FLEX4 test (Negative for all 4: Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma and Lyme)
- Heartworm/Flea/Tick/Worm monthly preventive given (Credelio Quattro)
- Microchip with prepaid lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite)
- Spay surgery
- Leash and collar with microchip ID collar tag
- Adoption contract
- Some of her current food
PIck up would be in San Diego, CA. Transportation could be arranged to the right home, depending on distance. If Bambi sounds like a good fit for your family, and you’re interested in adopting her, feel free to fill out our adoption application form and we’ll get back to you. Adoption fee is listed in this post.
