Ilsa is currently in a foster home in Texas and needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER to secure her
spot on transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on June 18. Without a committed
home, she will not be able to make the trip north, and we would love to see this wonderful girl
get the opportunity she deserves.
Meet Ilsa
Ilsa is a 6-month-old Basset Hound/Great Pyrenees mix who is looking for a family to call her
own. She came from an accidental and unwanted litter when a family's Basset Hound and a
neighboring working farm Great Pyrenees unexpectedly became the parents of a litter of
puppies. While the mix may have surprised everyone, the puppies turned out absolutely
adorable and full of personality.
Ilsa is a sweet, affectionate girl with a playful and goofy side. She loves spending time with
people and enjoys exploring the world around her. Whether she's playing with her canine
friends, investigating something new, or soaking up attention, Ilsa approaches life with a happy
and loving attitude.
Currently living in a foster home in Texas, Ilsa is working on all the important puppy skills,
including potty training, crate training, and walking on a leash. She is a smart young dog who is
learning more every day and will benefit from a family committed to continuing her training and
helping her build confidence.
