This boy has had quite an adventurous couple of months. He was found as a stray in Walton County. Long story short, he‘s with us now. And, we’ve got his back!
This pup, formerly known as Woodson, is now going by Roo. Roo is short for Rooster, because his little back leg is injured and he hikes it up like a chicken wing. 🙃 His leg tells a story of an old injury. His knee was broken and has fused together, incorrectly. He was seen by a vet and the leg should not cause him any pain and does not inhibit his ability to have fun.
Roo is a FULLY VETTED, 1 year old tri color Australian Shepherd. He seems to have the Merle gene in him as well.
