Hi, I'm Freya!

I'm a roughly 1 year old Australian Shepherd/Husky mix with a whole lot of beauty, brains, and personality packed into one fluffy package. I'm still very new here, so I'm taking my time settling in and figuring out my new surroundings. Everything feels a little unfamiliar right now, but the nice people here are helping me feel more comfortable everyday.

I ended up here through no fault of my own, and while I'm not totally sure what my next chapter looks like yet, I'm hoping it includes a loving family and a place to call home. I've also been around both small and large dogs before, so I'm familiar with having canine friends of all sizes.

As I continue to open up, I'm sure more of my personality will start to shine through. With my breed mix, I'll likely enjoy staying active, exploring the world around me, and spending time with my people. Right now, I'm just looking for someone patient and kind who will give me the chance to settle in, feel safe, and be loved.

**Freya will be spayed prior to going to her new home. She has been vaccinated against Rabies and is heartworm negative. She has also received a canine distemper and Bordetella vaccination.**

Freya will have an adoption fee of $95 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations given in shelter, dewormer, and heartworm test.

The Liberty Animal Shelter is open Monday and Tuesday 10a.m. to 5p.m., Wednesday through Friday 10a.m. to 6p.m., and 10a.m. to 3p.m. on the weekends.
