Are you looking for a social butterfly with a bright and infectious personality? 🦋🐾
Meet Poppy! 🌸
Poppy is an adorable black and tan 4 month old mixed breed pup with the cutest freckled spots on her front paws. Our best guess is that she’s a cattle dog mixed with a bully breed - which she is already proving through her high intelligence, adventurous spirit, and her love for affection. She currently weighs about 20-25 lbs and we expect her to be medium sized when she’s finished growing.
Poppy loves toys, zooming around the yard, playing with other dogs, and has even been exposed to cats in her foster home. She absolutely loves people and is happy to say hello to everyone! We do recommend a home with older children because she can be a little bit nippy at times.
Poppy is doing amazing with housebreaking and barely has any accidents, but as a young pup she’ll still need a family that is patient and committed to all of her typical puppy training. She does well in the car and is wonderful at events meeting new people and dogs.
If you are looking for a new buddy to add some adventure, love, and happiness to your life - then apply for Poppy today! She’s the type of pup that will remind you how to embrace and enjoy every moment!
