DESCRIPTION
Hi, my name is Lucie and I am from Arkansas!
From her foster:
Hi, I'm Lucie, and I came all the way from Arkansas in search of my forever family!
I'm a sweet girl who loves spending time with my people and making new friends. If you're willing to give belly rubs, we'll get along great! I'm happiest when I'm by your side, whether we're relaxing at home or heading out for an adventure.
I love playing fetch and toys. I'm smart, treat-motivated, and come when called. One of my favorite things is exploring the world on walks. Sniff walks and "find it" games help keep my mind busy.
I'm also well-mannered at home. I'm fully potty/ housetrained, sleep through the night in my crate, and am comfortable spending quiet relaxation time there, too.
I get along well with other dogs.
If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion who's equal parts playful, I might be the perfect match for you.
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
