Meet Gus
Gus is the definition of a good boy. He’s loving, easy going, and incredibly smart—one of those dogs that just gets it. He’s the kind of companion who fits right into your life, whether you’re relaxing at home or heading out for a little adventure.
He does great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, making him a wonderful addition to a family. We haven’t tested him with cats yet, but we can absolutely do that if needed.
Gus is ready to find his person—the one who will give him the love he so freely gives in return.
Gus is neutered, update to date on vaccines, and microchipped. He is currently on heartworm and flea preventative.
If interested in adopting Gus please fill out our online adoption application. We will contact you once your application is approved to set up a meet and greet. Adoptions are done by appointment only and need an approved application.
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
