Meet Lilac

Lilac is a 5-month-old Anatolian Shepherd puppy with the sweetest soul and so much love to give. After being found living in the brush in KCK, she was understandably very scared at first - but she's already making wonderful progress in her foster home and learning that people can be kind.

This beautiful girl is going to be BIG, but her personality is incredibly gentle. She loves belly rubs, enjoys being close to her humans, and has been so calm and sweet with the young children in her foster home (ages 1.5 and 3). Because she's still a growing puppy, supervised interactions are always best while she continues learning her manners.

Lilac is very dog friendly and loves to play with other dogs. She'll need to be fed separately from other dogs, but otherwise has done wonderfully meeting new canine friends. She walks nicely on leash, sleeps great in her kennel overnight, and does well kenneled during the day when her foster leaves the house. She's also making great progress with potty training!

Lilac is looking for a family committed to helping her continue building confidence and growing into the amazing dog she's already showing herself to be. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion with a calm nature and a heart of gold, Lilac may be your perfect match
