DESCRIPTION
She is just a baby but very loving. His mother was left outside the shelter, late at night on a cold day, tied to our fence. Eleven small puppies, just days old, were left on a blanket. The mother could not get to her babies. Thankfully, a local patrol officer noticed the mother and puppies and brought them inside our shelter.
