LIESEL is a gorgeous foxhound with beautiful eyes and a sweet and playful personality. She is 1-2 years old, about 45 pounds, and good with cats, dogs and children. And shes smart: she sits, lays down, stays, and politely but eagerly waits for her meals.

Liesel can be quite a silly girl, and very independent, too. Liesel's ideal home would provide her exercise, preferably in the great outdoors. She is very food-driven, so you can get her to do most anything once she realizes you are a source of treats.

A fenced yard would be a plus, but her true love is nature and going for walks, where she cant wait to meet new people and dogs, splash in the stream, and search for deer. She is also a big hit at the dog park, where she can stretch out her legs, sniff every patch of grass, and run with the other dogs. She walks fairly well on a leash, but will pull if she sees or smells a deer or fox -- true to her breed.

She enjoys getting in the car and traveling with her humans wherever they go. Liesel would love to be your best friend, greet you at the door, take adventures together, and curl up on the couch afterwards. She enjoys chin and tummy rubs.
