HOUSEBROKEN: minimal accidents but we have him on a schedule especially after the crate, eating, playing, and sleeping. He is very much a puppy so he needs to be let out frequently!
CRATE TRAINED: he's a puppy so he is still learning. He will lay and be quiet but he can also be loud and let you know he doesn't want to be in there. summit sleeps in his crate every night and has been doing really well with that so far. Can typically sleep through the night with no noise.
GOOD IN THE CAR: Yes, will eventually lay down
GOOD ON THE LEASH: he is learning how to walk nicely on the leash but still wants to bite on the leash and walk himself. He is just a baby so the walks are very short at this time.
Energy level: he can be mellow at times but he also has that puppy energy
Need a fenced in yard: No, he could be trained to be without
Dog Friendly: Yes
If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive homes? No
Cat Friendly? He had one interaction with a cat briefly and wanted to play with the cats tail but otherwise no other interaction.
Kid Friendly: Yes
If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Any with supervision- he is a puppy with very sharp teeth and still learning the difference between toy and a human.
Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Summit is a sweet fluffy boy. You can tell he is very smart and will do really well with someone who will take the time to train him. Summit is a very loving boy who loves to snuggle and keep his eyes on you and play constantly.
