This 30-pound pocket-sized “exotic ” bully is currently waiting for a spot to open up with us, and the only thing standing between him and freedom is a foster home.

Napoleon came from a confiscation case in a rural county next to Polk and has been around other dogs. He's good with female dogs and has been okay with males in temporary testing too!
