When three tiny kittens were left without a mother, Bastet stepped in without hesitation, becoming their surrogate mama. Thanks to her love, patience, and devotion, those babies have grown strong, healthy, and full of life.

Originally, Bastet was meant to be spayed and released, which is why she has her adorable tipped ear—a little badge of her past that only adds to her unique charm. But after witnessing her incredible compassion and nurturing spirit, there was no way she could be sent back out to fend for herself. A cat this special deserves a home of her own.

Named after the Egyptian goddess known as a protector of cats, Bastet lives up to her name in every way. She is sweet, gentle, and deeply affectionate. She loves to “talk” to you with soft chirps, gives the most heart-melting slow blinks, and her soothing purr can be heard from across the room.
