DESCRIPTION
Raffa is a gorgeous boy born in spring 2025. He waits on the back of the couch to get pets every morning. He is active and playful with his siblings, and he is fine with the fosters dog. He gets stressed by new cats but is fine over time. He's a lap sitter, and he likes to reach out and touch his foster moms face while they watch tv.
