Charlie came from a home that was foreclosed on, and the owners were long gone. He's a sweet cat who is good with other cats, but he always tries to go outside. He's not super affectionate, but loves scratches behind his ears. Charlie needs to go to a home that will do their best to keep him as an indoor only cat, so that he can stay safe, and continue to live a life with people who will give him the love he deserves.
