Eloise was found as a kitten in a colony being spayed and neutered when she followed one of the big cats to the feeding spot where she was rescued. She loves being with people and likes to talk to you! She likes to just hang out with you while you do things. She is quite social and likes to sit on the kitchen counter to keep you company. She will sometimes wait there while you leave the room to do other things.
She enjoys play too—especially with her favorite lizard toy and will carry it around. Eloise also values her nap times. She loves sleeping in fruit boxes with her towel and favorite sleeping toy—an orange crab! Her favorite sleeping spots are in the kitchen so she is never hidden, or far from view.
Eloise is a very sweet cat with a balanced activity level; she is active, but not hyperactive. A lot of the time she is exactly where you left her, unless she is in the mood to throw her toys in the air and chase them around the house. She gets along with other cats but does not initiate engaging with them. She can be adopted solo or to a home with other mellow cats or with her cat friend Chloe who is also available for adoption.
