Sploot is an FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) warrior. While the name can sound intimidating, FIV+ cats typically live long, healthy, and happy lives with nothing more than routine vet checkups and a high-quality diet.

A Note on Socializing: To be extra safe, we recommend Sploot be the only cat in his new home for the first few months. Because a cat he was found with tested positive for FeLV, we want to ensure Sploot stays in the clear before he makes any new feline friends. He is perfectly happy being your "one and only" or hanging out with his canine siblings in the meantime!
