Sweet Oscar came in from a Teulon area colony with her sister Olive.
Oscar had a medical scare in January when his foster returned home to find him unable to move (diagnosis was inconclusive - initial false positive panleuk then questioned toxoplasmosis but negative on lab results). It is possible he had a mini stroke or potentially a sinus infection that spread, causing the neurological symptoms that included ataxia and deafness.

Now he is 90% back to normal acting like a typical teenage kitty. His movement and coordination normalized within a week. For 2 months after his scary incident he appeared to have no hearing....now, all of a sudden he is responding to noise! He has some residual head tilt but has full coordination and is active as can be.

He loves to chase toys , his sister and other cats. He is a great eater, loves his treats and is a pro at the litter box. It would be unbelievably amazing if Oscar could be adopted with his look-alike sister, Olive. They've been through so much together ever since they were kittens living outside.

Adoption fee of $175 includes the dewormings, mite treatment, fvrcp vaccinations, neuter/tattoo and additional medical care he received while in care.
