This bonded pair met at their foster home, they’re very different and not biologically related, but are incredibly close nonetheless. Lily and Mr. Spooky rely on each other for comfort and playtime, their foster moms often joke, “Mr. Spooky is Lily’s cat!”
Mr. Spooky had a rough start to his life, he was found trapped in a chain link fence at a car junk yard, starving, flea riddled, and cold. Now, he’s a bit skittish, shy, and scared of many loud noises. However, if you give him time and patience, Mr. Spooky is loyal, playful, and absolutely adorable.
Though he’s getting braver every day, Mr. Spooky will likely take a few months to really feel at home. He needs an adopter with a lot of patience, it’s important to be okay with the fact that he’s not quick to open up. Mr. Spooky is very food motivated, he loves pate and treats, you can use these to bond with him and encourage him to trust you.
After he loses his hesitancy, Mr. Spooky lets you pet him with a brush. He’s a very odd cat, but no less worthy of love. Something he often does is stare at his foster mom in adoration, with wide eyes while making biscuits. He’ll bop you when you walk by or when he wants attention.
Silly Lily is a sweet, beautiful, extroverted, and happy girl. As her nickname implies, she’s very silly and always has her foster moms laughing, especially if you pull out a laser pointer or a wand toy! They both love wand toys, feathers, laser pointers, cat trees, and anything they can climb.
While she can be shy at adoption events Lily is actually very friendly, extroverted, and playful. She loves to run around and climb things.
While Lily likes to be picked up to enjoy a hug, she doesn’t like to be held for more than a few minutes. She loves to be pet, and will follow you around asking to be pet with her raspy meow. Something silly she does is spin in circles when you pet her and while shes in your lap.
