Meet Rory, he is a handsome grey-and-white gentleman with an even bigger heart. When he first arrived in foster care, he was shy, quiet, and unsure of his new surroundings — but with time, patience, and love, Rory has completely come out of his shell. Now, he’s an affectionate sweetheart who absolutely adores being held and will start purring the second he’s picked up.

Rory may not be much of a toy guy, but he knows what he likes: good food, cozy cat trees, and relaxing in front of the TV. His favorite viewing? The Masters tournament, of course — which is exactly how he got his name.

Previously an only pet, Rory could potentially do well with another calm cat given slow, proper introductions. He has also met large dogs and handled those introductions beautifully. While he hasn’t been around children, older, cat-savvy kids who understand boundaries could be a great match for him.

If you’re looking for a laid-back, loving companion who’s equal parts cuddle bug and couch buddy, Rory may just be your perfect match.

Rory is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines.
