Meet Bart, a handsome orange tabby with captivating green eyes and an even more captivating spirit. Bart's journey is a long one-he was originally rescued off the streets in Jordan after developing a severe mouth infection that made it impossible for him to eat. After receiving initial care, Bart made the incredible journey all the way to the United States in search of his happily ever after.
Following an extended stay at the vet and thorough testing, it was determined that Bart had advanced stomatitis, requiring the removal of all his teeth.

Despite everything he's been through, Bart hasn't let it slow him down one bit. He happily eats (yes, even dry food!) and of course has a special love for wet food. Most importantly, he's a joyful, affectionate, and energetic little guy who truly enjoys life.

Bart loves being petted, picked up, and cuddled, and he's soaking up all the attention he can get. He's still learning how to play with toys-something he missed out on during his time surviving on the streets and recovering at the vet-but with a little patience and love, he's sure to blossom.

He gets along well with other friendly cats and would likely thrive in a quieter home where he can continue to build his confidence. A feline companion and a dedicated human willing to shower him with love would be his dream come true.

Bart has already overcome so much-traveling across the world for a second chance-now he's just waiting for a forever home where he can truly shine.

This cat is fixed, up to date on vaccines and preventatives, negative for FelV/FIV, and litter box trained.
