Churro: This precious litter found themselves on the euthanasia list at a local shelter at just 4 weeks old - sick, vulnerable, and without a mother. After several weeks in foster care getting healthy, growing strong, and learning how to be kittens, they're finally ready to find their forever homes.
Sweet, sweet Churro . At half the size of her siblings when she entered our program, we weren't sure this tiny girl would make it. But while Churro may be small, she is incredibly mighty and has proven all of us wrong. With lots of TLC, syringe feeding, medication support, and plenty of determination, she showed us that she is a true little warrior.
Over the past several weeks, Churro has worked hard to catch up with her siblings and has blossomed into a playful, happy, and thriving kitten. She loves chasing toys, wrestling with her brothers and sisters, and being part of all the kitten adventures. Her journey has been such an inspiration.
Because she was syringe-fed, Churro has developed a special bond with humans and absolutely loves affection. One of her favorite places to be is curled up on your shoulder, where she fits perfectly and can soak up all the love and attention she can get. She has been raised around dogs, cats, and people and does wonderfully with all of them.
Churro especially enjoys the company of her siblings and would benefit greatly from being adopted with one of them so she can continue to learn, play, cuddle, and grow alongside a familiar friend. Her journey may have started with uncertainty, but today she is a strong, resilient, and joyful little kitten who is ready for a family of her very own.
