Meet Pencils!

Pencils came to B&B as a tiny baby with his littermates and is now ready for his furever home!

Pencils is up-to-date on core vaccinations. He is litter box trained, and all Beagles and Bentleys cats are required to be indoor only. His adoption fee is $150 and covers the cost of his care while in foster, microchip, and neuter when age appropriate. To apply to adopt Pencils, please apply at beaglesandbentleys.org/adopt.


Spay/Neuter Disclosure:
Spay/Neuter will be scheduled when age-appropriate and is covered in the adoption fee. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.

Note: Sending a Petfinder inquiry is not submitting an application. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
