Spencer is a playful cat who is about 17 months of age. He is an inquisitive boy who likes to explore and he enjoys sitting in the window watching things. Spencer is using the litterbox at the shelter and is a sweet cat. He was never claimed by his owner and wants his forever home.
Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done.
