Tysha is a beautiful brown and white tabby with big green eyes who instantly wins over everyone she meets. This tiny but mighty girl adjusted to her foster home almost immediately, bringing an abundance of confidence, warmth, and love into the house from day one.
She is the ultimate companion cat, balancing a playful, curious spirit with a deeply calm and affectionate nature. Her foster family describes her as a social, talkative lapcat who greets her people at the door with massive purrs, chirps, and enthusiastic headbutts. She thrives on attention and will happily rub her face against your hand, meow for affection, or give you an "elevator butt" when you scratch her lower back. Tysha is incredibly trusting, handles getting her nails trimmed like a total professional, and absolutely loves being brushed.
A perfect day for Tysha starts with morning snuggles, followed by a breakfast of her absolute favorite wet food. She is content to spend hours napping on the sofa, lounging on a chair, or supervising the neighborhood from a sunny window sill. If you are sitting down, expect her to curl up right in your lap for a long, peaceful snooze.
Tysha recently finished raising a litter of seven kittens, proving herself to be an amazing, dedicated mother, and now she is ready to be the one who gets pampered. During her time in foster care, she lived alongside other male and female cats and was perfectly fine when interacting with children.

This cat is currently located at PAWS Old City Adoption Center located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. This location prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can also accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows.
